Customers can view orders from the My Account page after checkout. Order history helps confirm the product, address, and order status.
Dispatch updates
Tracked shipping is configured for checkout. Dispatch and tracking information can be shared by email once the order is prepared.
Support details
When contacting support, include the order number, email used at checkout, product name, and the best delivery contact information.
Delivery checks
If delivery details need to be corrected, contact WristNexa as early as possible before dispatch.
